While they didn’t necessarily outbid our other contractors, they were incredibly responsive from the start. As soon as we asked for a quote, they got back to us immediately—no delays, no waiting days for a response like with other contractors. The team was easy to work with, professional, and knew exactly what was expected. They completed the job efficiently and did an excellent job. What really stood out, beyond the quality of their work, was their responsiveness and communication. I had already purch...I was immediately impressed with Alex from True2Form Builders for the installation of my new shower doors when he asked me to send photos of my existing shower. I had already purchased the shower doors from Home Depot and Alex additionally asked for the specs of the purchased doors. He then astutely advised me the doors I purchased wouldn't work and then he researched the Home Depot site and found me the most exquisite doors that were even less expensive! Who does that? Alex and crew picked up the doors and immediately and extremely proficiently installed the doors!!! They are beautiful! And it wasn't an easy job for them considering all the stone they had to grind down and work around! Alex cleaned up afterwards and I couldn't be happier with the doors and with True2Form Builders! I already have my next project in mind and True2Form Builders will be my first phone call! Thank you Alex for everything!!!Read more

When I...Alex was super helpful in figuring out what needed to be done to get a better seal on my exterior doors, and Jose did a great job installing a new threshold and door sweeps. When I noticed a couple of small remaining gaps, Alex came back promptly and took care of them. So glad to have found a reliable contractor in Tucson!
